Melissa Baird

Attorney Melissa Baird provides her clients with customized legal solutions in the area of estate planning, including wills and trusts. She is passionate about helping her clients prepare for the future so they can experience peace of mind today.
Mrs. Baird also guides her clients through the complex and lengthy estate administration process. She is knowledgeable about the court requirements and can guide her clients through transferring assets after the death of a loved one.

Mrs. Baird attended North Carolina State University for her undergraduate education, majoring in Political Science. From there she went on to earn her Law Degree at Campbell University, Normal Adrian Wiggins School of Law.

Outside of the office Mrs. Baird enjoys volunteering with the Pender County Teen court, and spending time with her family – especially her husband and three young children.
